HandleHero Terms of Service

1. Who May Use HandleHero

You may use HandleHero only if you can form a binding contract with Coreva and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old.

If you create an account on behalf of a business, agency, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your password and any second-factor device secure.
• Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• You are responsible for the actions of every user you invite into your workspace, including agency and client portal users.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the platform, other customers, or the people whose data the platform holds.

3. Plans, Billing, and Usage

HandleHero offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans, prospect packages, and usage-based charges are described at the point of purchase and are billed through our payment processor.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Usage-based charges, including prospect discovery, research, and contact enrichment, are billed according to the plan or package you selected.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

We may change pricing. Changes to a recurring price take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you notice before they do.

4. Your Data

You keep ownership of the information you submit to HandleHero, including your business information, your client and prospect records, your knowledge base content, and the leads captured on your behalf (“Your Data”).

You grant us the rights we need to host, process, transmit, and display Your Data in order to operate HandleHero for you, including through the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and notices required to submit Your Data to HandleHero, and for how you use what the platform returns to you.

5. Prospecting and Outreach Responsibilities

HandleHero researches companies, qualifies opportunities, and identifies business contact information so your team can decide who to approach. You decide whether, when, and how to contact anyone.

You are the sender of your outreach, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to it. Depending on where you and your recipients are, those may include:

• Email marketing and anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM.
• Telephone and messaging rules, including calling-time, consent, and do-not-call requirements.
• Data protection law, including the GDPR and UK GDPR where a recipient is in scope, along with any applicable US state privacy laws.
• Honoring opt-out, unsubscribe, suppression, and deletion requests promptly.

Research and contact details are provided for legitimate business purposes. You must not use HandleHero to build or sell contact lists as a standalone product, to harvest personal information unrelated to a genuine business relationship, or to contact individuals in their personal capacity.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any research, score, company detail, or contact record. Every prospect record is a research output, not a verified fact, and should be treated as a starting point for your own judgment.

6. AI-Generated Output

HandleHero uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to research companies, score and qualify prospects, summarize conversations, draft suggested messaging, and answer questions from your visitors.

AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything the platform generates before you act on it or send it to a third party.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use HandleHero for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Send spam, harassment, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Misrepresent who you are, who you represent, or the origin of a message.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach or probe our systems, or interfere with other customers’ use of the platform.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform or its research output except as your plan permits.
• Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to extract its models, prompts, or underlying data.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, quotas, or billing.

8. Third-Party Services

HandleHero relies on third-party providers for payments, email delivery, hosting, AI processing, business data, and similar functions, and can connect to tools you choose to integrate.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of a connected tool is governed by that provider’s own agreement with you.

9. Intellectual Property

HandleHero, including the platform, its software, its interfaces, and the HandleHero platform name and the Hero agent name together with their related logos and marks, is owned by Coreva and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HandleHero while your account is in good standing, and nothing more.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Availability and Changes

We work to keep HandleHero available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the platform temporarily unavailable.

Where a change materially reduces functionality you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use HandleHero. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your account creates legal or security risk, or if we stop offering the service.

After termination, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our retention practices. Export anything you need before you close your account.

12. Disclaimers

HandleHero is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that HandleHero will produce any particular volume of prospects, replies, meetings, leads, or revenue, or that any research, score, or contact record will be accurate or current.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coreva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunities, or lost or corrupted data.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to HandleHero will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the platform in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coreva and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of Your Data, your outreach, your use of HandleHero, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Coreva Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Coreva agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and where the change is material we will give you notice.

Your continued use of HandleHero after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
